Terms & Conditions of Ticket Purchase

By purchasing a ticket to an event at The Hub, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Tickets are sold by The Hub at St Marys (St Mary’s Centre Lichfield (Shops) Ltd), Market Square, Lichfield, WS13 6LG. Tel: 01543 256611. Registered Charity No. 1017020.

Ticket Prices, Refunds and Exchanges
  • All ticket prices are inclusive of our ticket fee. No further administration or transaction fees apply.
  • Ticket prices may be subject to change, without notice.
  • Our tickets are issued digitally and will be sent via email.
  • You will be asked to present your tickets on entry to the venue (both hard copies or e-tickets, shown on your mobile device, are accepted).
  • Seating maps on our website are for illustrative purposes only. We may adapt seating areas to meet demand and/or accommodate accessibility requests.
  • All tickets are non-refundable.
  • We occasionally accept tickets for re-sale, up to 24 hours before an event, if the event is sold out. This is subject to a £1 per ticket administration fee. Successfully resold tickets are refunded to the original payment method within 5 working days. Unsold tickets will not be refunded.
  • Ticket exchanges may be available, at our discretion, up to 48 hours before an event.
  • We endeavour to keep ticket prices as low as possible. Availability of concessions and discounts is at our discretion.
  • We rarely instruct other agencies to sell on our behalf, however in the event that we do, additional charges may be applied by the agency. Approved agencies are listed on our website (on the event web page).
  • To protect everyone from ticket touts and secondary ticketing, we do not allow the resale of our tickets for profit or private, commercial gain. Tickets found to be sold or listed for sale which are in breach of this condition will be cancelled without refund. Anyone presenting these tickets for admission into the event will also be refused entry without refund.
  • If the event is cancelled for reasons beyond our control, tickets will be refunded at face value. The Hub will not be liable for any other compensation.
Customer Service, Experience and Security
  • Latecomers will only be admitted during a suitable break in the performance. We cannot guarantee that this will be in your booked seat.
  • Unsociable, disruptive or abusive behaviour towards our staff, volunteers or other visitors will not be tolerated and may result in individuals being refused admission or being asked to vacate the premises.
  • Audio / video recording and photography is not permitted during performances. In the event that authorised photography or filming is taking place during your visit, signs will be displayed in the venue. If you do not wish to be featured please inform the Duty Manager.
  • Only food and drink purchased within The Hub may be consumed on the premises.
  • All smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is not permitted in the building.
  • Under 16’s must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Wherever possible we will indicate in advance the use of strobe lighting, loud noises or special effects. If you have any concerns, please ask a member of our team.
  • We work hard to ensure that everyone feels welcome, if you have any concerns please speak to a member of our team.
  • Customer complaints should be made as soon as possible to the Duty Manager at the event, or if after the event, in writing to hello@thehubstmarys.co.uk or the above postal address.
  • Your personal information will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
