Peter Bridgwater is Co-Founder of 1485 Wines, sourcing artisanal Italian wines built around native grape varieties and standout vintages.
Working with small, family-run producers, he focuses on wines made with the integrity of the vineyard and the winemaker – where the outcome reflects the year rather than a formula. His approach eschews industrial consistency, instead favouring wines with character and a clear sense of origin.
