Sel & Beurre is a pop up restaurant concept aiming to bring unique dining events to venues in and around Staffordshire and the West Midlands, with the focus to create varied seasonal and distinctive menus from relaxed suppers, to refined tasting menus.

Raspberry and creme fraiche tart – basil – anglaise
