Festival Flavour Stage
Get ready to be inspired at the Festival Flavour Stage, where fantastic food, expert tips and live entertainment come together as part of the Lichfield Food & Drink Festival this August Bank Holiday weekend.
From Saturday 29th August to Monday 31st August, enjoy a packed programme of live cooking demonstrations, masterclasses and delicious discoveries from one of the country’s best-loved chefs alongside outstanding local culinary talent.
We’re delighted to welcome back TV favourite Rosemary Shrager, who will be sharing her passion, personality and favourite recipes across all three days of the festival. Joining the line-up on Sunday is local Michelin-starred chef Liam Dillon from The Boat, showcasing the creativity and skill that has earned him national recognition.
You can also enjoy free cocktail-making demonstrations from Tipples and Tonics, where you’ll learn how to shake, stir and serve the perfect drinks, as well as a special wine tasting hosted by 1485 Wines.
Whether you’re looking to sharpen your skills, discover new flavours or simply enjoy a unique festival experience, the Festival Flavour Stage is not to be missed.
