Lichfield Arts present Tony Christie & Ranagri
Tony’s Irish roots, his grandmother and grandfather played in a ceilidh band, are celebrated on the album The Great Irish Songbook, which came out in 2015.
Collaborating with crossover folk band, Ranagri, Tony produces a stunning set of traditional songs.
Following on from the success of The Great Irish Songbook, Tony Christie and Ranagri have recorded a second album together, The Great Irish Songbook Vol II.
In celebration of this they will be doing a short tour together, at a number of venues from Glasgow to Southampton.
Ranagri (Eliza Marshall, Donal Rogers, Eleanor Dunsdon and Murray Jordan) are already well known to the Lichfield audience and much loved. Lichfield Arts are really pleased to be one of the few organisations selected to host this short joint tour.
