Festival Flavour Stage – Rosemary Shrager

Welcome to The Festival Flavour Stage – Where Celebrity Skills Meet Community Spirit!

We’re thrilled to welcome back the wonderful Rosemary Shrager to this year’s  Festival Flavour Stage, as part of the Lichfield Food & Drink Festival. Join us as we celebrate a shared love of food, flavour, and fun in the heart of the festival.

Rosemary Shrager is one of Britain’s most beloved chefs, known for her vibrant personality, culinary talent, and extensive television career. She endeared herself to the nation on I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!, where she proved she could cook just about anything, anywhere. Since then, she’s appeared in a wide variety of popular shows including The Big Family Cooking Showdown, The Real Marigold Hotel, and Cooking with the Stars, mentoring celebrities like Jonny Vegas and Christopher Biggins. Her global adventures on The Real Marigold on Tour and judging role on Netflix’s Best Leftovers Ever have further showcased her versatility and charm.

With over a decade in broadcasting, Rosemary first cemented her place in the public eye with ITV’s Ladette to Lady and went on to host and appear in countless food-related programmes, from Castle Cook to Culinary Genius. A classically trained chef with experience under Pierre Koffman and Jean-Christophe Novelli, Rosemary has also run several acclaimed cookery schools and authored numerous cookbooks, most recently Rosemary Shrager’s Cookery Course. Beyond TV, she’s a sought-after presenter at food festivals, an active content creator online, and a published crime fiction author. Throughout it all, she remains passionate about teaching, sharing her love of food, and supporting organic and local produce.

Tickets to Rosemary’s cookery demonstrations are available to book now (this event is now free – donations are welcome). Advance booking is recommended.
