Chef, Will Hodson, has created another flavour driven, seasonal 4 course tasting menu:

Lichfield Asparagus Salad – Cured Egg Yolk – Chicken Fat Toast

Aylesbury Duck – Rhubarb – BBQ Spring Onion

Open Air Cheddar – Pickled Onion – Lavosh Cracker

Hazelnut Ganache – Torched Meringue – Raspberry
