Their fourth event this year! Sel & Beurre once again return to The Hub for another evening of delicious dining with a mouth-watering menu created by ever brilliant chef Will Hodson.

Will’s constantly looking to exceed his last menu and this is no exception, a 5 course menu consisting of:

Rosemary Soda Bread – Honey Butter

Sea Bass – Tomato – Goats Curd

Staffordshire Beef – Aubergine – Ox Cheek Ragu

Baron Bigod – Chicory – Lavosh

Valrhona 70% Chocolate – Blackberry – Oats
