Join Lauren for a fun and creative dance workshop designed for young people (ages 8+) with physical, sensory, and/or learning disabilities. No previous dance experience is needed—just bring your energy and enthusiasm! This session encourages self-expression, movement exploration, and connection through inclusive dance. Everyone is welcome to move in their own way, build confidence, and enjoy a supportive, accessible space for creativity.
